Limited-edition drops would drive thousands of simultaneous visitors, causing the store to slow to a crawl. Cart abandonment spiked during these critical windows when revenue potential was highest. We optimised the theme for peak concurrency — lazy loading, minimal JS bundles, and aggressive caching — so the store stays fast even under heavy load.
SOCIAL PROOF AT SCALE
The brand had thousands of customer reviews scattered across products but no cohesive way to surface them. New visitors had no reason to trust a niche brand they'd just discovered. We integrated Judge.me reviews throughout the shopping experience — on product pages, collection grids, and even in the cart — making social proof impossible to miss.




The redesigned store gave Cool Shirtz the speed and polish to match their brand energy. Drop days now convert at significantly higher rates, mobile bounce rate dropped, and the free gift engine increased average order value across the board.
