Introduction
Welcome to Sway, a Shopify application designed to empower brands by allowing them to provide discounts to their creators and customers at checkout. By accessing or using the Sway app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
User Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Sway app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
User Account
To access and utilize the features of Sway, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activities that occur under your account.
Brand-Creator Relationship
Sway facilitates the relationship between brands and creators by allowing brands to provide discounts at checkout. Creators are responsible for creating and sharing content as agreed upon with the brands.
Discount Mechanism
Brands using Sway can offer discounts to both creators and customers during the checkout process. The specifics of these discounts are determined by the brands.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
Private Beta and Demo
The Sway Shopify app is currently in private beta. For a demonstration, please contact Sway.
Eligibility for Shopify Brands
The app is currently exclusive to Shopify Plus customers due to checkout extension restrictions. We plan to launch a post-purchase flow allowing all Shopify brands to use our app.
Verification of Discounts
Sway utilizes Instagram and TikTok integrations to verify creator eligibility based on follower count. Brand-configurable settings determine eligibility criteria.
Pricing
The pricing structure is a flat $100 per month for each store. An additional service for creating ads from creator content is available at $200 per video. Charges apply only upon satisfaction with the video.

Inclusivity
Discounts are provided to customers in exchange for a post, with larger discounts based on Instagram and TikTok following.
Creator Posting Assurance
Communication channels, including emails, texts, and Instagram DMs, are utilized to encourage creators to post high-quality content within specified timeframes. Non-compliance results in a ban from the Sway system.
Number of Creators
The number of creators varies based on the brand's size, typically around 5% of all sales.
